Returns

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to VanDerEng BV are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to VanDerEng BV with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us info@vandereng.nl or by telephone +31 (0)88 – 88 10 888. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you regarding the return. If you agree to the return, you can receive a refund of the order amount due within 14 days after registration, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Exceptions to returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply when:

1. The products are provided with a customer-specific print;
2. It concerns a value shipment and the seal has been broken;
3. A customized product has been agreed upon at the customer's request;
4. Demonstrable use has been made of the delivered products;
5. The order is business or large business.
